Nutrient Rich Recipes for Healthy Menstrual Cycles

We love eating healthy…but truth be told, neither of us likes to spend an inordinate time in the kitchen.

Our recipes are nothing flashy (go to PrimalPalate.com for the real deal from our good friend Hayley!) but focused solely on making nutrient-dense foods more easily available to you.

In fact, many of these recipes were created by Alex when she was in medical school.  This means they are geared for someone who has very little time and a small budget!

Happy eating!
