It’s gonna be awesome. It’s gonna be so awesome. So speaking of new identity, Dr. Alex and I have really been well she has been stepping in to new identity. She asked me if I wanted to start doing yoga with her. I said Well, Alex, I would although that really puts me in an awkward situation. Okay, I messed it up. Supposed to be that really puts me in an awkward position. Shoot. That’s all right. It’s still funny. Oh, my last joke, and I messed it up. Let’s look, I don’t think they were funny. Anyway. Awesome, awesome. Okay. Let’s talk about bringing this new identity into 2023. If there’s one habit that I think really helped me the most along the way, to becoming a new identity and really growing and evolve and excelling is the habit of believing. And we heard this in the last one or two ago, there is no failure, only feedback. I win or I learn. Right, I heard somewhere before on some random podcast in which I forget now. So whoever said this, go ahead and tag yourself. But that there was an entrepreneur printer who had asked his kids every night at dinner, what did you fail at today, kids? And we started this was a few years ago, we started doing that in our house. And the idea being that Did Did you learn something right? When we fail fail is you know, there is no failure. But when something doesn’t work out, we get the feedback and we learn. And a couple years later, my daughter was sitting at the table and there was something that she wasn’t working out for her think she was trying to color picture something and she turned to my mom and she’s like, that’s okay, me me. She said, because when we fail, we learn. I was like, yeah, she’s, she’s quoting it right back to me. So it was been a really cool thing to add something to think about. Like, it’s not the success of like, did you get it? Right? It’s the did you learn something today? Yeah. The second habit that I think I believe would be really helpful, it’s been really helpful for me to adopt is that we are already whole and healed as we are. You know, my mentor, not too long ago, came back from Peru and told me a story about that her shaman said, she said, In Peru, people don’t use plant medicine to heal, you know, if they came for that purpose of healing that would presuppose that you’re not already whole and complete and healthy as you are. And you are, and they are. And he said, The problem with Americans is that you will think that there is a problem. You think that you’re sick, that is the problem, there is no problem. So they there enter ceremony for love and joy, and deeper connection. And that’s what we want this community to be for you a place to feel love and joy and connection and possibility and inspiration and to expand to the greatest and the best version of you. We’re not here to find what is wrong and fix it. We’re here to help guide you back to your intuition to your wholeness, to uncover that innate capacity inside of you in your own zone. Not just that’s already there that has the perfect blueprint of health that already has the plan for you. They say, Are you seeking health? Or are you allowing wellness? Have you made your health journey? The bars that you’re now stuck behind? Or has it opened up your freedom and your energy that you want to have. So while taking on these beliefs, amazing things happen in short periods of time when it’s your identity. You know, a few years ago, I thought that hosting in person practitioner trainings, or anytime a practitioner training or retreat, I thought that was like a 10 year goal. And now, just in the last year, we’ve already had a whole year of trainings, we have four scheduled coming up next year. And the speed with which my goals and things like manifesting lake house that you heard about before, and having my husband be able to fully retire and not have to go back to a job that he hates these things that I did not think were possible anytime soon, these goals and these things are speeding up. And it has been amazing. Now I really believe not only do I believe anything is possible, but I believe it’s possible in any amount of time, although I’m not attached to the time part. And I think that is why it’s happening fast. I really hope you listen to all those amazing stories of possibility. At the end of each episode. What is that inspiring you to do or to believe or to to have that you can do that you can be that you can have they say the top of one mountain is really the bottom of the neck. So we just keep climbing. And we cannot wait to connect with you even more deeply and 2023. Like cheers to that new identity. Cheers to in person event for us. We can’t wait to see who wins this challenge and who we get to meet in person, a lot of you are already signed up. So thank you, we cannot wait to see you there. And thank you so much for being with me here on the series. If you made it the very end, you’re one of the very few who really completes these things and go ahead and just pat yourself on the back for that celebrating, starting to go towards what we want versus away what we don’t want celebrating is really important that rewiring now we will end our very last episode of the series with some possibility. Thank you, thank you, thank you from the bottom of my heart for being here. I appreciate you all, I cannot wait to heat to hear and learn what you do and 2023. And what you’re doing now, this has been the training of your brain and the training to set you up for a successful smooth ride into a new year. Right? Not allowing just the things and the events of December and the things and the events of holidays to take you down allowing you to still hold on to the reins and say I will create the identity I want, I will create the habits that I want. are so so so excited for you. And here’s the possibility.
Amanda Walker
My name is Amanda Walker, and I am host of the best damn coach podcast and also the best stem coach program. And a really big part of shifting my identity over the last few years has been in the area of visibility and really stepping into my authority and expertise as a coach. And as you shift identity. Two things need to happen from my perspective, let letting go and also leaning in. And when you decide to allow yourself to shift identity, here’s what can happen. You let go of caring about what people think of you and caring about the judgment that others have for you. You let go of impostor thoughts like who am I to? Or can I add value or do I know enough have enough experience. And you also let go of the fear of your own greatness. And when you let all of that go. It allows you to lean in to a new identity when you tap into consistent tools to create the things that you really desire. And for me when I did that, here’s what began to happen. I was invited to speak on Dream podcasts. In fact, people came to me instead of me pitching to them. I began to teach inside powerful communities. I began to speak on stages in front of complete strangers that I would have never otherwise had the opportunity to meet. My revenue grew, my client roster grew and my confidence grew. And most importantly, out of all those things. I became a woman who knows the value that I bring to the world.
