Subject: What Would You Do If You Didn’t Feel Crappy Anymore?

We often feel trapped in our current state of health.  

A few days of feeling crappy will cause the best of us to spiral into a mental funk that leaves us feeling stuck. When those couple days turn into weeks, months, or maybe even years, it’s no wonder that so many of us feel like we’ll never return to our normal function.

Oftentimes, though, our mental sticky-zones are not only the result of our health states but a reason we tend to stay stuck. Woah, right?

If we’re honest with ourselves (and it can be really hard to do), we often find we stifle that part of our mind that allows us to consider how great life would be if we just would feel better because we’re scared of being let down.  

By not allowing ourselves to go there, we allow ourselves to ruminate on all the things we feel bad about instead. It’s not a judgement that this happens…it’s simply the way human minds tend to run.

So let’s do an exercise together, shall we?

Let’s all take our minds there! 

Take 5, 10, even 20 minutes to really allow yourself to fully consider what your life would be like if you didn’t have adrenal fatigue and neurotransmitter dysfunction.  

What would life look like if you weren’t exhausted, stressed, bloated & sidelined by symptoms for days and days out of the month??

Would you…

  • Go back to school to step into a new version of you? 
  • Start a nonprofit or a business that you’re passionate about?
  • Get a raise for being a badass?
  • Hold your own baby?
  • Find a partner that fulfills you?
