Morning & Afternoon Elixirs
Although they sound simple, elixirs can be a very powerful detox tool. They are an amazing way to start your day and great for boosting energy mid-day. The morning elixir is designed to stimulate digestion, releases toxins from the liver and is loaded with vitamin C for adrenal support. This drink often becomes a staple for most detoxers long after the detox program because it’s SO effective.

You will never feel deprived during this detox program. The goal is not for you to feel hungry, count calories or cut portion sizes. Instead, we will be loading up with nutrient-dense meals that eliminate the top known food sensitivities. The recipes are designed by a professional chef and you get to add a protein of your choice.

How it Works
Our detox program is broken into 3 key phases. Let’s look at each of them in detail:
Pre-Detox Phase: 4 Days
In the first 4 days of the program, we will focus on weaning off of certain foods and drinks that aren’t a part of the detox process. This is the time to start cutting back on caffeine, reducing processed foods and stocking your fridge with nutrient dense foods that you will find in your recipe guide and shopping list. During the first four days, be sure to read through all of the guides and purchase any detox tools or probiotics that you’d like to aid your detox experience.
Detox Phase: 7 Days
The Pre-Detox phase is followed by 7 days of detox. This is what we call the elimination phase. We will be removing the the most common food sensitivities and food combinations that are known to cause inflammation and irritate the lining of the gut.
Re-Introduction Phase: 7 Days
This is the most important part of the detox, but also the hardest phase to stick to. We will be adding one new food back in every two days and you will be provided with a food journal to keep track of any foods that cause a reaction. Reactions may be very subtle (such as lower energy levels) or could be more obvious (such as bloating, stomachaches or headaches). You will be encouraged to write this down in your journal.
The detox guide includes a re-introduction plan, but we’ve found that many detoxers choose to extend this period or change the order of re-introduction. The first foods we suggest adding are the foods that you suspect could be causing a reaction so that you can test for that early on.
